Chef's table 'garden gastronomy' dining experience hosted by one of the finest chefs in the land (date of stay dependent). This memorable meal is served with La Grande Dame, Veuve Clicquot’s signature wine honouring the pioneering legacy of Madame Clicquot.

Peter Gilmore (19th – 28th October)
Peter Gilmore is one of Australia’s true culinary stars. He is the five-hatted Executive Chef of Bennelong at Sydney Opera House and Quay across the Harbour at The Rocks.

Martin Benn (11th – 19th October)
Martin Benn is renowned for his avant-garde, contemporary Australian cuisine. His restaurant Sepia was one of the most awarded restaurants of the decade, with three chefs hats from 2012 to 2018.
