Grapes from around twenty Premier and Grand Cru villages were meticulously selected to create the blend of this vintage. Our House style can be seen in the use of 58% Pinot Noir, balanced with 33% Chardonnay and 9% Meunier.
Generous, complex and rich.
Nose: Rich, intense, expressive. Marmalade & orange peel, candied fruit. White pepper, dried flowers, marzipan, Grilled bread, beeswax, Honey and caramel
Palate: Frank attack, full and round. Mirabelle jam, pear compote
Despite a few climatic variations at the beginning of the season, the grapevines developed perfectly and under fairly favourable conditions. This resulted in abundance and quality.
